My Disgusting Boss

The door opened so quickly that Mr. Becker must have been watching me through the peephole. My boss was wearing a tank-top stretched tightly over his gut and ample man-boobs. His dark chest hair stuck out through the holes and from under his flabby arms. He was wearing boxer shorts and black socks and holding a flute of champagne. He grinned at me, which made his double chin into a triple chin. The only improvement he had made to his appearance was removing that godawful toupee. Wispy dark hair stuck up from his balding head in place of the terrible rug.

“Hello there, Payton,” he said. “You look amazing. Come on in. Come in.”

He took my arm and pulled me into the room. I was too dazed to walk in under my own power. I laughed nervously and set my purse down on the table. I looked at the rumpled bed, which looked like he had already slept in it. There were roses in a vase on the bedside table and an ice bucket held the promised bottle of champagne.

“Good, you look so hot,” he said. “You want to take that jacket off? Here, let me get you some champagne.”

“I, um, I need the money upfront,” I said as I shrugged out of my heavy white and gold hotel jacket. I hunt it from the back of a chair. Mr. Becker was waiting for me when I turned back around with the paper bag in one hand and a flute of champagne for me in the other. I stuffed the bag into my purse, forcing the huge wad of money down as far as I could into it. I took the flute of champagne and raised it to my lips.

“Wait!” Mr. Becker cried, grabbing his own flute. “Let’s toast. Ah, to, um, new adventures?”

“New adventures,” I said, trying to force a smile and not look at his nipples sticking out under his too-small tank top. I raised the flute and he clinked his against mine. I gulped down the cold, cheap champagne in on long sip. The tingling bubbles in my throat and the warmth I felt in my throat gave way to a definite warmth in my belly.

“Would you like some more?” He asked.

“Yes,” I said, without hesitation. “Yeah, keep ‘em coming.”

Why was I so nervous? I drank another flute and was working on my third when I realized Mr. Becker was just standing there watching me.

“Quit staring,” I said.

“Can’t help it. You’re so sexy,” he murmured and reached up and brushed a lock of my hair from my face. Somehow, that little gesture was more invasive than all the times he had grabbed my ass or put his hands on my body. I jerked away from his touch. His brow furrowed and he growled, “You know, this isn’t going to work if you treat me like a leper. I just gave you a crazy amount of money, Payton.”

“Right, yeah,” I said, forcing a smile. “Sorry. Force of habit.
